987ph Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "987ph" / "the Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the 987ph online gaming platform accessible at 987ph.one and all associated services.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on 987ph and uses the platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on 987ph.
• "Balance" means the real-money PHP amount held in a Player's Account, excluding any active bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a Player subject to wagering requirements and terms specific to each promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before they become withdrawable as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before a Player's first withdrawal is processed.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the principal gaming regulatory body in the Philippines.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account with 987ph and to access any gaming, betting, or wagering services on the platform. This age restriction is mandated by applicable Philippine regulations governing online gambling and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years old or above.

2.2 Geographic Restriction. 987ph is operated for and directed at Philippine residents. Access to 987ph from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal is strictly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using 987ph complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one (1) Account on 987ph. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

2.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. 987ph reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided at registration at any time.

2.5 KYC Verification. Before processing your first withdrawal, 987ph requires you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a legible copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable documents include: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, and Postal ID. KYC is typically processed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of submission.

3 Account Rules

3.1 Account Security. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 987ph immediately via live chat or email upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any suspected breach of security. 987ph will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure. 987ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice if we reasonably believe that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, that you have provided false information, or that continued operation of the Account presents a legal or regulatory risk to 987ph. Where an Account is closed due to your breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 987ph reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to inactive Account balances in accordance with applicable regulations. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All Account Balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on 987ph are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 987ph does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 987ph currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and select over-the-counter cash channels including 7-Eleven and Bayad Center outlets. Payment method availability may change without prior notice.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Philippine Peso twenty (₱20). Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes in ordinary circumstances; bank transfers within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. 987ph does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. 987ph may request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers issued by 987ph are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. Where the specific terms of a promotion conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution rates, and the period within which the wagering requirement must be satisfied are detailed in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Maximum Bet with Active Bonus. While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum bet per round, spin, or hand is PHP 200 (or such other amount as stated in the specific promotion terms), unless you have completed the applicable wagering requirement. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new promotion while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus. Check your Account bonus status before claiming any new promotion.

5.5 Abuse of Promotions. 987ph reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold any winnings derived from it if we determine, in our sole judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses, depositing and withdrawing without genuine play, exploiting low house-edge games to satisfy wagering requirements contrary to promotion terms, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 Random Number Generation. All RNG-based games available on 987ph — including slots, virtual table games, and fishing games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by the size of bets placed, the history of previous outcomes, Account status, or any other variable.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot and RNG table games represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of specific returns over any individual play session. RTP information is displayed in each game's information panel.

6.3 Malfunction. In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game, 987ph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet amount to the Player's Account. 987ph shall not be obligated to honor any result produced by a demonstrable system error.

6.4 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer game results are determined by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers and are broadcast via video stream. All live dealer games are subject to the game-specific rules displayed within the live game interface.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 987ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to create a duplicate Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker formats;
• Laundering money or using 987ph to process funds derived from unlawful activities;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software errors, or platform glitches for financial gain;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider;
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access your Account;
• Any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the 987ph platform or that prejudices other Players.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. 987ph is committed to maintaining a responsible gaming environment consistent with the guidelines established by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine regulations. Gambling is intended solely as entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It is not a reliable source of income and carries inherent financial risk.

8.2 Player Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 987ph players at no cost and can be activated at any time via Account settings or through our 24/7 support team:

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. The 987ph name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, and all related intellectual property are the property of 987ph or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in 987ph's intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

9.2 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 987ph content without prior written authorisation. Scraping, framing, or mirroring any part of the 987ph platform is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. 987ph strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary downtime. 987ph will not be liable for any losses incurred due to platform unavailability.

10.2 Financial Losses. Gambling involves real financial risk. 987ph is not liable for any financial losses you incur through gameplay. You acknowledge that you participate in gambling activities voluntarily and at your own risk.

10.3 Third-Party Services. 987ph is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party payment services including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank. Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party providers are outside 987ph's control.

10.4 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 987ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the actual cash Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arose.

11 Privacy & Data

11.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by 987ph is governed by the 987ph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a 987ph Account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

11.2 Data Retention. 987ph retains personal data and Account records for periods required under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and data protection laws. Account closure does not result in immediate deletion of all records.

11.3 Regulatory Disclosure. 987ph may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other Philippine regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law. Such disclosures are beyond 987ph's discretion and will be made where legally required.

12 Amendments to These Terms

12.1 Right to Amend. 987ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments materially affect your rights or obligations, 987ph will provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of 987ph following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using 987ph and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any available Balance.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of 987ph shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 Disputes. In the event of a dispute between you and 987ph, you should first contact our support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through our support channels without formal proceedings.

13.3 Jurisdiction. For any disputes that cannot be resolved informally, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
